BC Game App reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any point. Where documents are requested, the account may be suspended for deposits, withdrawals and betting activity until verification is complete. This is a standard process and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part.
Any account where the player is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance held will be returned minus any winnings generated. Winnings on an underage account are not payable under any circumstances.
Each player may register exactly one account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. BC Game App reserves the right to close any account where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BC Game App will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered inactive. BC Game App may, after providing reasonable notice, apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts. Details of the applicable fee will be communicated to the account email address before any deduction is made.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines. Accounts closed at the player's request with an active self-exclusion in place will not be reopened before the exclusion period expires.
If your contact details, bank account or mobile wallet number changes, update your account information promptly to avoid delays on future withdrawals.
Deposits to BC Game App are processed in PKR using the supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited immediately or within a few minutes. BC Game App does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified payment method registered to your account. Where a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account, the amount will be returned to the originating account within the standard processing time for that payment method. Contact support with your transaction reference if a failed deposit is not returned within the expected timeframe.
Bonuses and promotional offers on BC Game App are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are stated on each offer. Where these Terms conflict with the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to that offer.
Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering multiple is stated clearly on each offer. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward wagering requirements — these rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
BC Game App monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Examples of abuse include: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; using low-risk or mathematically near-certain betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to generate artificial bonus turnover. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may be suspended.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus credits that have not been wagered and real-money balances generated from bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from the account at the point of expiry. Expiry dates are shown in the player's bonus section and in the terms of each individual offer.
Accepting a bonus ties your real-money balance to the wagering requirement of that bonus until it is met. If you prefer to withdraw without restriction, decline the bonus before making your deposit.
All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets, are accepted subject to the applicable sport-specific rules. Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Where a match is abandoned, postponed or voided, the applicable rule for that event type will determine how the bet is settled — these rules are published in the sports betting help section.
Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) software from the relevant provider. Crash game outcomes on BC Game App original titles are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed. BC Game App accepts no liability for bets placed during a technical fault or disconnection on the player's side.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market page. BC Game App reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts or across the platform at any time, including in response to unusual betting patterns.
Where a price, line or game outcome is clearly the result of a technical error or human mistake, BC Game App reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it. Examples include a sports price that was manifestly incorrect at the time of placement or a game that malfunctioned mid-round.
Live cricket and football markets can move rapidly. Bets accepted during in-play markets are binding at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. Requests to cancel an in-play bet after it has been confirmed are not accepted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BC Game App. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban from the platform:
